20 Min AMRAP
50 Wall Balls 20/30#
50 T2B
50 Goblet Squats 80/100#
50 KBS 80/100#

*One person on each team must be rowing at all times. Reps may only be counted while the team mate rowing is rowing.

**Each teams score is the total number of rounds and reps completed along with total number of metres rowed.

*** Scale weighs as necessary and try to team up with athletes that will be using the same weight (just to save on space and equipment).
