Friday 1-06-17 WOD

"Perform three cycles of the above before putting the bells down. Athletes will find the appropriate weight before starting the 15 min circuit. If you are sucking wind on your third cycle you've chosen a good weight. If you feel good about yourself at the end of the third cycle then you need heavier bells... "

* 5 Lateral Bar Jump Burpee penalty any time the bar hits the ground during this workout.

Double Bell Swing
Double Bell Clean
Double Bell Front Squat
Double Bell S2OH
