Friday 5-19-17 WOD

Jon doing push ups in someones left overs... 
Please DO NOT workout with gum in your mouth

1. You could choke and you might not get saved.
2. It's hard enough trying to remember one or two cues while lifting without chewing. 
3. If it falls out of your mouth while walking it makes a mess under your foot.
