8 BB Overhead Walking Lunges (build to your heavy then start counting your sets)
1 Legless rope climb
2 Rope climbs (hands and feet)

B.
EMOM Ladder starting at one repetition of each and adding one repetition each minute until you can no longer complete the set number of reps in that minute.

BB Thruster @ 65/95#
C2B Pull Up

1 Legless rope climb
