Tuesday 6-02-15 WOD

Mobility is not a laughing matter. If you can't get into proper positions with ease during workouts you are wasting energy by forcing yourself into them. Wasted energy while fighting to get into correct positions is energy that could be used in workouts for extra reps. A lot of times that waisted energy ends up being wasted repetitions and used up as no reps. 

The great Bruce Lee said 

“You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.”


You can still be mobile, flexible and strong.
