All the Kettlebell swings 60/80#
Pull Ups or Ring Rows
Push Ups (handstand or hand release)
YOLO so you might as well Lunge BB 55/75#
Nobody likes Burpees to a 6" target but you're doing them anyways
Eccentric hamstring curls with a partner
Wall Balls 20/30#
You should be doing Muscle Ups if you have them. If not Ring dips are cool too.
Everyone wants to do Double Bell cleans 40/60#
Arm curls BB @ 55/75# Sometimes the gunz need love too!
