Clean Pull, Power Clean, Front Squat + Jerk

B.
7 Min EMOM
Using the above weight perform one squat clean + 3 front squats EMOM for 7 min

C.
6 Min AMRAP*

10 Wall Balls 20/30#

*10 Burpee penalty for breaking during ANY set of your ten reps.
