Tuesday 4-12-16 WOD

Coaches in training Dani & Randy helping Starke athletes out with rope climb skills. If you trap the rope properly between your feet and have enough contact points you should be able to take a hand off the rope easily as Derek demonstrates. Nice work Tarzan!
