The workouts will be similar and challenging for both RX & Non-Rx.
If you typically RX workouts then get in the RX'd category.
If you If you've been doing CrossFit for a while 6+months and want a challenging event with a bit less weight, all the excitement, and sense of accomplishment then this is where you should be!
Get ready for some awesome workouts that you've never done before.
