Max wall balls in 8 min
Partner 1 will row 200m while partner 2 will get in as many wall balls as possible. The partner performing wall balls may only count reps while partner 1 is rowing. Make sure to reset the rower monitor EVERY TIME YOU SWITCH and count wall balls cumulatively between the two of you.
