Build to your single heaviest BB Back Squat in 20 min.

Partner WOD.
Max wall balls AND meters rowed in 8 min.
The goal for this 8 minutes is to accumulate as many meters as possible on the rower and as many wall balls as possible in the 8 minutes. Partners MUST switch tasks EVERY TIME the person with the med ball drops it (no holding your balls allowed either). Leave the rower on a continuous count up from the start.
Med Ball Weight RX'd 30/20# or Non RX'd 14/16#
