Partner WOD

30 Min AMRAP
Alternate Tasks depending on the athletes ability there will be a Non-RX'd Option First and RX'd Second

400 M Row or Run (weather permitting)
15 KBS 30/50# RX'd 60/80#
8 Pull Ups (if using a band or BB) 15 Pull Ups (Kipping or Butterfly)
10 Double Bell C&J 20/40#/ RX'd 10 HSPU @ 25/45#
12 Burpees
