Will the kissing cousins make a return to competition in 2016?

"I hope so, but it's out of my control"

CrossFit:
A.
12 Min Build
1 Squat Clean + 2 Front squats

B.
"Light Grace"
30 Ground to shoulder shoulder to OH.
Rest exactly 2 Min & Repeat

Rest 5 Min after your 2nd round then start part C.

C.
3 RFT
15 Wall Balls 20/30#
15 KBS 30/50#
15 Plate Burpees*

Fitness:
A.
12 Min Circuit
10 Alternating DB Lunges 30/50+
5 Pull Ups

B.
KB Grace
30 KB Clean & Jerk 20/40#
Rest exactly 2 Min & Repeat

Rest 5 Min after your 2nd round then start part C.

C.
3 RFT
15 Wall Balls 14/20#
15 KBS 30/50#
15 Plate Burpees*

No hand touch required but athletes need to jump onto a plate at the top of the movement.
