Saturday 11-05-16 WOD

A.
10 Min build 1 Squat clean + 2 Front Squats (Fitness option use Kettlebells for a. & b.)

B.
25 Min Grinder...

1 Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats
5 Deadlift (at above weight)
7 Ring Dips + weight if possible
9 Pull Ups + weight if possible

C.
5 x 200m sprints with a partner.

Each person will perform five 200m sprints relay style. Person two rests while person one is on the run.
