Robert Gurrero Ghost Workout
“Ghost” includes the following:
6 rounds of:
1 minute of rowing
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute rest
1 minute of rowing
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute rest
Max reps for each exercise. Count and mark down a grand total for each round and for all rounds together.
