30 Min AMRAP
5 Squat Cleans*
10 Deadlift **
5 Weighted strict pull ups (tempo of 31x1 if using band)
10 Ring Dips
*Build to a heavy squat clean then bring it!
** Use the same weight as your squat clean for your deadlifts
