Simple and sinister... Coaches will have the iPad counting for you during your run to keep track of your times . If you have a stop watch and want to time your laps as well bring it (and make sure you know how to use it before class starts). I love it when people show up to a race with a fancy new GPS that does 1000 different things and they have no clue how to use it...
