During this 20 min build the goal is to build to a heavy consecutive three C&J without putting the bar down. These reps should be touch and go and the jerk should be a power jerk from shoulder to overhead. We will be working on bar path at a lighter weight and try to maintain those movement patterns as the weight gets heavier.
