Saturday, June 20, 2015 there will be no
gym classes as most of our coaches will be away at a weekend course. See you
again on Monday!
Our Kickboxing and Open Gym times on
Tuesdays and Thursdays have changed to 8:30AM.
We have a new waiver in effect, as current
athletes renew their memberships, they will need to sign the new waiver. Please
ensure you read through it to understand how our memberships and cancellations
work.
We will have some coaches taking on new
class times to give Paul some time for his ballet dance lessons. Yey!
Please note that moving forward all massage
appointments will be managed through the Front Desk program. Leeona’s schedule
is usually every other week Wednesday evenings from 6:00 – 8:30pm, and Raena
will be with us every Tuesday – Thursday 1:00 – 3:00pm and Fridays from 11:00 –
3:00pm. If you you’re in for a much needed massage, make sure you sign up
online to book your time!
We also have TONS of upcoming events. If you're interested in any of the following, please let us know so that we can plan accordingly with registrations, finances, etc.
- July 3 & 4 - Endurance Seminar being held at Starke CrossFit.
- July 11th - Spartan Race
- July 12th - Gymnastics Field Trip, $20/person 4:00 - 6:00PM
- July 25th - Mud Hero, 12:30PM time slot
- August 8th - Starke Games, our very own competition!!! Individual RX and Teams Non-RX are open for registration!
- August 15th - Riding Mountain Triathlon
- September 12 & 13th - Bridge City Beatdown, Individual and Team spots, planning early for this event in terms of registration, the dinner, accommodations, transport rentals, etc so confirming your spot early will be crucial.
- October 4th - Burpee Challenge, Gateway Community Centre, we're looking to recruit over 300 people to come out and execute 2 minutes worth of Burpees to kick start our event and lay us the title of "Most People Performing Burpees" with the Guinness Book of World Records and we will be recruiting Individuals to complete 1,000 Burpees and Teams of up to 10 people to complete 1,000 Burpees.
