Hey Becky, Remember the time you told me Monday was your birthday and you wished you hadn't?

Monday 6-8-15 WOD

31 Min AMRAP

31 Body Weight Back Squats
31 HSPU
31 Wall Balls
31 T2B
31 DU's

B.
Rest as needed and complete 31 strict Pull Ups add weight as needed or follow a tempo of 31x1
Take no longer than 31 seconds rest in between reps.

Part C. Will go beyond the hour mark so if you can do it then great. If you can't then you can send in  video proof that you did it from your home, office, back yard, or while you're stuck in traffic ;-)
