10 Ring Dips
Fitness:
20 Min EMOM
5 Thrusters (BB @65/95) or DB @ 20/40+
7 Pull Ups
5 C&J (BB 65/95#) or DB @ same weight as thrusters
8 Dips (Rings, Box, or Bench)
