Min 2. 10 Cleans
Min 3. 10 OHS
Min 4. 10 Push Press

Fitness:

20 MIN EMOM (5 Rounds)
Min 1. 14 KB Snatches
Min 2. 10 Double Bell Cleans
Min 3. 10 KB Thrusters (5&5)
Min 4. 10 Double bell Push Press

For even minutes use one Kettlebell for odd minutes use double bells.
