Thursday night we have Tammy pounding away on her row, Derek & Rob after a head to head battle in a 500m sprint and on the far right Brett who's a newer face to some but Trained out of Starke a few years back with his Baseball team. He's back tearing it up on his own so introduce yourself if you see him in class.
25 Min Grinder
2 Lengths of HEAVY loaded carries kettlebells or DB's
4 BB Front Squats (squat clean + 3 front squats)
6 Ring Dips
8 BB Deadlift (use same weight as your front squats)
10 DB Push Press
Take time to build to all of your weights and modifications for the first part of the workout.
The goal is unbroken sets so don't race through this workout. Take the rest you need and maintain quality movement.
