 8 BB Push Press 85/115#
8 BB Front Squats 85/115#

Fitness:

5 Rounds NFT
10 BB Back Squats
10 Chin Ups

B.
7 Min AMRAP
Use one Kettlebell 30/50# for the KB Movements count each repetition towards your total score.
20 KB Snatches (combined between both arms)
15 Russian KBS
10 KB Clean & Press (5 per arm for a total of 10)
5 Goblet squat jumps

Each round equals 50 repetitions

*When “resting” with the bells you may have it in the rack position or at fixation overhead.

**ANY TIME YOU PUT THE BELL DOWN YOU MUST PERFORM 5 BURPEES BEFORE PICKING IT UP AND CONTINUING. THE BURPPES DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS YOUR TOTAL SCORE ;-)
