5x5 Strict Pull Ups & Strict Double Bell Press Add weight or a tempo of 41X1 if you have great strict pull ups.

EMOM for 8 Min
5 Strict Ring Dips
5 C2B Pull Ups

5 T2B (Increase the T2B up to 10 if you have it in you)
